Manifestation is intentionally creating the life you want. By now I’m sure you have all heard of the Law of Attraction, which essentially means manifest the life you want and it will come to you. Many of you may think “it’s not that easy,” and we agree. We strongly believe in the Law of Attraction but getting what you want doesn’t happen overnight. There are certain steps to manifesting what you want…ENJOY!

1) Envision what you want

You can’t get where you want to go without knowing where you want to go. Half the battle is figuring out what you want. Know exactly what you want and how it would make you feel. Whether it’s an experience, object, or even another person…know what you want inside and out.

2) Visit those visual and physical feelings often

Once you know what you want, visit that place in your mind often. Know all the details…what are you feeling or wearing? Where are you and if you’re with someone, how do they make you feel? Visit these places OFTEN. Every time you meditate, float or do yoga, manifest what it is you’re looking for.

3) Believe you will get what you want

In order to receive what you want, you MUST believe you will get it. There is no room for self-doubt. If you’re going to spend the time manifesting what you want, you better believe you will get it! Nothing is out of reach when you truly believe you will get it and will do anything for it.  Make it your mantra, say it to yourself, and share it with others.

4) Keep your vibration high

According to the Law of Attraction, you attract what you are sending out. While manifesting what you want in life, make sure to keep your vibration high by maintaining and spreading positive energy everywhere you go.  Spreading positivity brings positivity in return.

5) Don’t feed into doubt & trust the universe

If you haven’t started manifesting what you want yet, it’s probably because you have doubts, hesitations or disbelieve manifesting your goal will actually work. These feelings are completely normal however feeling this was won’t help your cause. In fact, it will do the opposite. You must BELIEVE you will get what you want. If you believe you will fail, you very may will fail. Trust yourself and trust the universe.
